International Council of Sqay have constituted different commissions for upliftment of sqay in world arena All the commissions constituted consist of one chairman one secretary and minimum five members.
The chairman will be a member of the EB, without vote.

The Chairman and Members will hold office for a term of four years.
The Commissions will be responsible for:
1. Furthering the interests of the athletes in world, to upgrade their performance standards and to create competition opportunities for them;
2. Strengthening the relations between athletes and the Council and to make proposals for their betterment;
3. The Chairman/Members will attend the Chef-de-Mission meetings during the Games, on a daily basis and report its findings to the Secretary General of ICS and Working Committee;
4. The meetings of the Commissions will be held as decided by the Chairman with the prior approval of the President or Secretary General.
5. The commissions have to submit their report advices and suggestions in writing to Secretary General .for put the report in executive or general council as per the nature of the report.
6. The commissions cannot take any decision with the proper consent of President or Secretary General.
